🦋Hello! Two rooms are for rent, one of which will be for you. They are cozy with very comfortable new mattresses and areas full of space to rest, work or enjoy tea or coffee in peace. The house is spacious and has cozy common areas, such as my little corner in the kitchen for an afternoon of relaxing with good coffee while enjoying the views. We are close to the beaches of Berria, Noja, Ajo and Santoña, and to Santander. We are 5 minutes from the A-8 and 15 minutes from the Fuente del Francés🦋. The space 🏡My home is surrounded by nature. It is a very spacious apartment that gets the 🌞 from sunrise, from the kitchen to the living room, passing through the bedrooms. The spacious and comfortable living-dining room, the fully equipped kitchen so you can cook your favorite dishes, and a small garden/balcony where you can have breakfast. We are located in a quiet area near the valley. 🦍🐂🐄We usually have views, as it is a pasture area. 🚘🚗🚙Plenty of parking available outside the residential complex. Guest access 🌻🌻🌻🌻 Room includes linens and towels The bathroom is shared with the other room and is always clean. Among the common areas, you will find a living room with a full view of the valley, natural light, and a dining room for your meals and dinners. There is a large table so you can enjoy your favorite dishes. It is a quiet home full of little spots where you can sit and enjoy a good book or whatever you feel like doing at the time, such as the little corner on the kitchen balcony with its edible plants like parsley, chili peppers, and natural flowers 😉. During your stay 🦋If I can, I love welcoming guests and making them feel right at home. I'm available for whatever you need or for recommendations, but always allowing complete privacy. I'm usually not at home much due to work; most of the day, I'm working, but I'm just a WhatsApp message or phone call away, and I try to help as quickly as possible. 📱 Other things to note 🌷This is a smoke-free area, but you can smoke on the kitchen balcony; there is an ashtray provided for that purpose. 🪻We appreciate it if you keep the common areas clean and take care of the house's various spaces.
