Newly remodeled 2 bed, 1 bath home. Only 20 minutes away from South Padre Island, very close to Port Isabel, LNG and the Port of Brownsville. The home is located in a peaceful neighborhood with all the amenities you need for your stay. The home is near various stores and supermarkets. We provide a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. Must be 25 years or older to book. Pets are not allowed in the property. Smoking and vaping is prohibited. The space The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser and TV as well as two nightstands. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with two nightstands and its own smart TV. The bathroom includes bath and hand towels as well as toilet paper. For longer stays you may wish to purchase your own amenities ahead of your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pants, dished and silverware as well as a roll of paper towels. Please advise if any additional guests will be attending. An extra charge of $20 per person per night of stay, will be applied. Please note that reservations exceeding 3 weeks are subject to an additional cleaning fee. No pets allowed. If pets are found on property, an additional fee of $150 will be charged per animal. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Guest access Guests will be provided with a self check-in code the morning of arrival.
