Upon entering the building, it is the first door on the right 🔕 Rules of coexistence: Out of respect for the neighbors and according to the building regulations: No annoying noises after 10:00 pm (loud music, karaoke, shouting, etc.). Watching TV, chatting, or playing board games is allowed without any problems. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of USD 200, applied by the building management, which will be charged to the guest. 🚭 Apartment Rules: No smoking inside the apartment. Do not remove makeup with hand towels. Turn off all lights when leaving. Please don't cut or dye your hair in the bathroom. These products can damage the bathtub or towels. Avoid eating in bed so as not to stain the bedding. 🧳 Personal items: We have a professional cleaning company, but we are not responsible for forgotten items. Please check carefully before leaving. 🏡 Capacity and layout of the apartment: The space is set up to accommodate up to 4 people and features: 1 master bedroom with hot/cold air conditioning 1 sofa bed in the living room, for 2 people Important note about using the sofa bed The standard rate includes only the use of the master bedroom. • For reservations for more than two people, the assembly of the sofa bed with sheets and blankets has no additional cost, as it is included in the rate. • In the case of reservations for two people who do not wish to share the bed and require the sofa bed to be assembled, this will have an extra cost. In order to coordinate with the cleaning company (which has limited hours), you must notify us at the time of booking and reconfirm the day before check-in. This way, we can make sure we have everything ready in time for your arrival. If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to write to us. Other things to note The apartment is located on the ground floor and faces the sidewalk. Although it has wooden curtains that reduce almost all external noise, there may be unexpected noises. It is important to note that in order to enter the apartment, you must send a photo of your ID, erasing or covering the processing number (for security reasons). The consortium does not allow anyone to stay without sending a photo of their ID.
