As you enter the cottage be amazed at the view after your long journey and sit back and enjoy your Welcome refreshment pack as you take in the views. This property is fully inclusive of all heating and electricity. Nothing more to pay! All rooms have thermostatically controlled heating. We provide all linen, and beds are made up for your arrival. You should have a welcome pack which includes arrival refreshments and kitchen towels and washing up supplies and toilet rolls. For self-catering, Roy's supermarket is just a ten miute walk, or eat out the many and varied pubs, restaurants and take-aways, all within a ten minute walk. Guest access Access from the car park is on a level, well-lit walkway just a few steps to your front door. You have the exclusive use of the whole property, French doors from the living room open onto your own covered private terrace with bistro table and chairs, bar-b-q, and your own picnic table in the shared landscaped gardens. You have free use of the 45ft long mooring outside the door for your own, or hired day-boat. You can fish along 100m of river bank and within the peninsula marina.
