You can also simply enjoy the house, its garden and its swimming pool to relax and enjoy your vacation. Barbecue, plancha, various children's games, billiards, garden furniture... guarantee to satisfy everyone! The space During your stay, you will be the only ones to enjoy the house, garden and pool. The accommodation consists of 4 bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: a 140 cm sofa bed (quality for a very comfortable bed), air conditioning/heating and large window. - Bedroom 2: A 90 cm single bed and a 90 cm trundle bed as well. Air conditioning/heating and large window. - Bedroom 3: A 120 cm double bed, air conditioning/heating and large window. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are isolated from the living room/dining room/kitchen by a hallway. The quality of the sound insulation makes it possible to talk normally while having a little music. - Master suite: 1 bed of 160 cm with dressing room and bathroom (Italian shower). - A very bright living room/dining room/kitchen of 50 m² - A second bathroom with a bathtub. - A laundry room - A 3rd toilet - a large fully equipped covered terrace. You will find many facilities for cooking, a professional quality pool table, several board games (children, teen, adults), many books for children and teens Outside, activities for the garden (soccer cage, game structures, basketball hoop, puck game...) and a petanque court to delight everyone (boules not provided)! A secure swimming pool (7 m x 3.7 m) with a beach, 2 deckchairs and 2 poufs. Finally, a summer kitchen equipped with a barbecue and the necessary equipment as well as a large plancha. In short, everything you need for a great stay!
