We are in the heart of Penedo, just a 5-minute walk and 8-minute drive from the centre. The space offers privacy and a spacious room that accommodates up to 4 people, perfect for a family outing. Equipped with a mini kitchen that includes a sandwich maker, coffee maker, cutlery, plates, glasses and cups, as well as a minibar. Enjoy air conditioning, smart TV, Wi-Fi and a view of nature. We provide bed linen and bath towels, plus 1 roll of toilet paper (no replacement). Guest access The property offers a parking space and an outdoor courtyard, providing easy access and convenience for residents. During your stay We are available by phone from 9 am to 10 pm. In addition, you can contact us through this platform or WhatsApp during the same hours. I will be available exclusively by phone during this period to meet your needs. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed inside the chalet, loud noise is not allowed at any time, visitors are not allowed, pets are not allowed, and washing cars or motorcycles is not allowed.
