The space Small 45m2 outbuilding that can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults-2 children) for a weekend or a stay. MAIN LIVING ROOM: - lounge area (sofa, television with TNT channels, coffee table) - dining area with round table (4 seats and extendable 6) and 4 chairs - kitchen area with oven, induction hob (2 burners), hood, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, filter coffee maker, crockery, storage cupboards - 4G/5G network - wifi network BATHROOM: walk-in shower 120*80cm, sink, additional heating, soap. Separate toilets. Attic ROOM upstairs, with skylight. A large bed (160*200cm) and a trundle bed (a 90*190cm bed and an 80*190cm bed). TERRACE: relax in the sun in spring on the terrace overlooking the garden (table and chairs) GARDEN: you will have access to the wooded garden, with outdoor games: pétanque (loan of boules), molky, badminton. **Location** Located in the heart of the Haute Somme, between Albert and Péronne, close to the historic sites of the Battles of the Somme. Arras: Belfry, Boves, Wellington quarry... Also discover the charm of the Bay of Somme, the atmosphere of the city of Lille... Other things to note Even though we love them, in order to protect our 2 cats, animals are not accepted. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Access to the upper floor will be without shoes. Suitcases and luggage must remain in the main living room (possible storage area between the stairs and the sofa).
