The space This stay consists of 2 apartments: The 1-bedroom apartment This cozy apartment features a spacious living room with an open kitchen (including a refrigerator with freezer compartment) and one bathroom. The spacious apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and fans for a nice cool breeze when sleeping. There is also air conditioning in the bedroom. If desired, the bed can be made as a 2x single bed. We would like to hear this in advance of the stay. To the rear of the apartment there is a very spacious veranda where you can enjoy your peace and tranquility. There is also a barbecue available so you can enjoy a barbecue during your stay. The apartment is suitable for 2 persons. The 2-bedroom apartment This apartment is about 60m2 and has two bedrooms equipped with a comfortable double box spring of 180x200cm. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fan for a nice cool breeze when sleeping. In addition, there is a cozy living room with seating and a fully equipped open kitchen complete with gas stove and oven. There's also one bathroom with hot water shower, washbasin, and toilet. This apartment can accommodate 4 people. General During your stay you can cool off in the large swimming pool or enjoy the sun on one of the sunbeds. If you prefer a shaded shaded shaded, you can take a seat under the palapa. Because the space is located on a hill there is always a cooling breeze. If you have a small child from 0 to 2 years old, it is possible to reserve a cot for €1.50 per night and/or a high chair for €5 per chair. Guest access You will not share the accommodation with other guests. Other things to note Although you're on holiday, you might still want to get in touch with the home front. That's why free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. You can leave your shower towels, kitchen towels and bed sheets at home. We will provide you with two clean shower towels per person per week. In addition, the bed sheets and kitchen towels are changed weekly for clean ones. For stays of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning is included. If you stay less than 14 nights or if you would like an extra intermediate cleaning, you can book it for €25,- per apartment. The price includes gas, water, electricity and 7% lodging tax. The only costs we charge afterwards are the consumption costs of the air conditioning. There is a separate electricity meter for each air conditioner so the usage can be settled in a fair way. We take a photo of the meter readings on the day of arrival and also do so on the day of departure. Therefore, you can choose whether you want to use the air conditioning a lot, a little or not at all. Upon arrival, it will be communicated how much the price per kWh is. The standard check out time is at 10am If you would like to use the accommodation for the entire day of departure, please contact us to see if it is possible to book a late check-out. Then you can choose what time you want to check out. The cost for this is €64. This accommodation is not suitable for people with walking distance. To reach the apartments, you have to go down a staircase. Do you also find it so annoying to put a wet / used beach towel in your suitcase at the end of the holiday? It is now also possible to rent a delicious, large beach towel at the stay. We ask for a fee of € € per beach towel per week.
