The space The villa is set on a private estate of more than 3,000 m², just 30 km from Barcelona and close to other popular tourist destinations such as Calella (20 km) and Lloret de Mar (35 km). With its spacious layout and bright interiors, it offers a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. All the bedrooms have large windows that provide plenty of natural light and create a pleasant sense of space. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to all the villa’s facilities and outdoor areas: Private 14-meter pool with jacuzzi. Spacious gardens and sports areas for football, volleyball, or ping-pong. Covered porch with kitchen, barbecue, gym, and games room. Spacious interiors with 9 air-conditioned bedrooms, three dining rooms, and two fully equipped kitchens. During their stay, guests can enjoy all these areas privately, without sharing spaces with others. Other things to note Late check-in: arrivals after 22:00 have an additional fee of €30, payable in cash upon arrival. Tourist tax: a tourist tax of €2 per person per night must be paid upon arrival, in accordance with the regulations of the Generalitat de Catalunya. Mandatory documentation: we work with an Airbnb-associated self check-in program, which must be completed by each guest at least 2 days prior to arrival. This registration is mandatory in order to access the villa. Rental agreement: upon arrival, guests will be given a holiday rental contract in Spanish. If another language is required, this must be requested prior to arrival. Signature and acceptance of the contract is mandatory before the keys can be handed over. No visitors allowed: only registered guests are permitted on the property. Minimum age requirement: we do not accept bookings from groups entirely under 25 years old. No parties or events: parties and events are not allowed inside the villa. Quiet hours: from 22:00 to 08:00 guests must respect the neighbors’ rest. No music, shouting, or excessive noise is permitted during this time. Number of guests: once the reservation is confirmed with a set number of guests, no additional guests can be added afterwards.
