The apartment has been recently renovated with brand new everything, featuring Italian designed and made kitchen, bed and wardrobes as well as personalised sheets and towels for an extra special touch. This will be your home away from home, perfect for your stay in the Renaissance City! The space This is a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment that boasts lots of natural light. The open plan living space, and opens out onto the terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy a meal or a glass of wine. The kitchen is Italian designed and made featuring brand new appliances including a NESPRESSO coffee maker and the bathroom has been fully redone. The beds are especially comfy perfect for a restful nights sleep and they have been designed and made by Italian artisans. We have created our own personalised towels and sheets to give that extra special touch. We hope you will love this space as much as we do. Guest access Guests will enjoy complete privacy and have full access to the apartment during their stay. Other things to note The apartment is located on the second floor and the building does not have an elevator. Check in is available from 14.00 - 00.00 (midnight), however, check ins after 20.00 will incur a late check in fee of 40€, to be paid upon arrival. Stays longer than 7 days will be required to add a weekly cleaning and change of linens and towels for a fee of 50€, to be paid in cash for each additional week.
