French doors to garden overlooking lake Bathroom - walk in shower, wc, vanity basin Private garden - zen zone, deck with dining table and parasol, sofas, ping pong table (please bring balls), swings, gate to labyrinth, beach and lakeside. The property is a 3 minute walk to the on site bar and restaurant - both of which are lakeside and amazing! Beach has access to sun beds and water sports There is no on site pool at this time. However, guests can use the pool at the neighbouring international campsite for a small charge during high season. Guest access On site parking. Free of charge. Bus service to menaggio or Lugano. Ferry service to local towns and Lugano. Free 2 hour bike hire during summer months subject to availability Other things to note Please note that on site pool is currently closed. However, there are pools in the neighbouring campsites that can be used during summer season for a small charge. Lakeside swimming and water sports are very much open! Please note that on occasions the lake may be closed for swimming for environmental reasons such as bad weather or debris following a storm. This is unusual but is out of our control! Please bring ping pong balls if you wish to use the table! There is a Nespresso machine. Please bring pods if you wish to use it! Please note COMPULSORY EXTRA CHARGES that will be charged on arrival. We are sorry - these are charged by the local management and are not controlled by us. We cannot include them in the listing fee or we would have to charge the extra commission and tax etc. This is the cheapest way for you to pay (locally at check in): 130 euro final cleaning fee 12 euro per person bed linen and towel hire fee for first set of linen * 25 euro accidental damage insurance (or 500 euro returnable deposit) Local tourist tax. This is subject to change but currently around 2 euro per person per night. Keys to apartment will not be handed over by local management until these fees are paid * One set will be provided for your stay for 12 euro per person. You can request fresh linens and towels from reception for 12 euro per person for longer stays. Optional extra charges include cot hire (20 euro), high chair (15 euro), dog (30 euro for one dog), 85 euro (for roll out camp bed) - all paid locally but please book ahead! The apartment is situated in a small ‘village’ of privately owned holiday villas that are frontline to the beach and lake. The beach, lake and restaurants etc are also open to the public. No one else has access to your private garden. During summer months there are sun beds, water sports, children’s entertainment and occasional parties / events on the beach and / or nearby palazzo bar.
