Guest access • Check-in is at the front desk • Guests have exclusive access to the condo. The resort amenities are shared with other guests in the building; some amenities, like hot tub, etc, are located 1 (one) mile away in another building. • Hot tub hours are 9 a.m.- 10 p.m. Hot tubs are open year-round (Located one mile away). Other things to note • The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age and present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit at check-in. • The guest who books the stay must be physically present at the time of check-in. If the guest plans to arrive later than the other guests, the reservation should be made by the guest who will be arriving first. • The apartment is located in a timeshare complex, and the pictures are from a typical unit. The exact unit is assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the unit assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout. • Stairs are required and there are no elevators • Infants and children are counted towards maximum occupancy.
