Other things to note Disclaimer: Please note that renovations in neighboring units may occur during your stay, causing noise. As these projects are managed by other owners in the estate/complex, I cannot control their timing or duration. The unit includes one undercover basement parking bay. Additional parking can be requested but cannot be guaranteed. Street parking is available in front of the unit on a first-come, first-served basis and is monitored by a security guard. For long-staying guests, a domestic worker will visit the unit twice a week. If additional cleaning is required, please arrange this in advance. Your understanding is appreciated. Terms & Conditions 2. Check-in & Check-out: • Check-in: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Late check-ins must be arranged). • Check-out: By 10:00 AM (Late check-outs may incur extra charges). 3. Breakage Deposit: Fully refundable within 3 days after check-out, provided no damages or violations occur. 4. Housekeeping: • Cleaning: Units are freshened up on Tuesdays & Fridays from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM. • Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee. • Services are not available on public holidays but can be arranged at an additional cost. 5. Parking: 1 undercover parking bay per unit. 6. Security: • The estate requires a copy of IDs for all guests over 18 years of age. Please send this information to your host before arrival. • We also require the license plate number, make, and color of the car that will be parked in the parking bay. This is for security purposes. 7. Liability: The host is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. We are also not responsible for external disturbances, including but not limited to construction, load shedding, water supply issues, or any other unforeseen events that may affect the comfort or availability of services. These disruptions are beyond our control and will not be grounds for compensation. 8.
