A peaceful, unforgettable escape. The space Perched atop a scenic hill, this inviting lakeside retreat offers breathtaking views of Mallacoota Inlet and Croajingolong National Park. Just a 5-minute drive or a leisurely 30-minute stroll to town, this newly built shiplap home was architecturally designed to bring the outdoors in, with a wide front deck and expansive windows framing the spectacular scenery. Start your morning with a quick dip in the ocean or a peaceful kayak around the lake, then return to enjoy a freshly brewed coffee as you take in the tranquil surroundings. As the sun sets over the water, gather around the cosy outdoor fire, sip a glass of wine, and soak in the serenity. Inside, two beautifully appointed queen-size bedrooms at opposite ends of the house provide privacy and comfort, complete with ceiling fans and ample storage. Cook up a feast in the fully equipped modern kitchen, featuring an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a Lavazza coffee pod machine for your morning brew. While there are no laundry facilities on-site, a convenient laundromat in town ensures your stay is hassle-free. Please note that the shed and vans are not accessible, but you are welcome to enjoy the outdoor shower situated at the rear of the shed during your stay. Another thing to note is there’s a 40-meter stroll from the car parking space to the house along an unpaved grassy path. (Shown in photos). Other things to note As we have just finished building, the back garden is yet to be landscaped and can be quite muddy in the wet. (Frogs love it) We also have two caravans in the space between the house and the shed. (Currently not for guest use)
