This eco-house is very quiet and comfortable. It is for someone who for their work needs to spend the night or several nights in Lille during the week. Perfect for faculty. This eco-house is very quiet and comfortable. She will have access to the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom (single bed) with desk. Also the living room. Close to line 1, it is three stations from Lille Flandres. And there is a large supermarket 150 meters away, if you want to prepare food. The space This is an eco-house, renovated 2012 from a traditional 1930 style house. It uses zero fossil fuels in either materials or heating. It has a wood burner, and maximum wood-fibre insulation, with a double VMC for clean air and for no humidity. Extremely quiet. It is equidistant between Lille train stations and the University of Lille SHS, at Marbrerie subway station. I live in the house. For a single person who needs to spend a night in Lille, with use of bedroom with desk, kitchen, bathroom. Guest access guests have access to the garden, to the kitchen, the living room, to the bathroom. During your stay I am very available for help. Other things to note I live in this house. It's filled with my books, I'm a Literature Professor. The house has no television. It is very comfortable in any season thanks to the high-performance eco-renovation.
