The space This is an eco-house, renovated 2012 from a traditional 1930 style house. It uses zero fossil fuels in either materials or heating. It has a wood burner, and maximum wood-fibre insulation, with a double VMC for clean air and for no humidity. Extremely quiet. It is equidistant between Lille train stations and the University of Lille SHS, at Marbrerie subway station. I live in the house. For a single person who needs to spend a night in Lille, with use of bedroom with desk, kitchen, bathroom.
