The property has been sympathetically renovated, and has extensive and characterful accommodation as well as a separate Mews - available through separate negotiation. The ground floor offers a large reception room that has seating for 12, a games room and a kitchen dining room (with dining table seating 12-14) that opens to the walled courtyard garden. The rear of the property is accessed through gates to a block paved courtyard and parking. The house comfortably sleeps 10 (in 5 bedrooms - three super kings, 1 king and 1 twin bedded room). There is also a separate Mews that sleeps a further 2 in a double bed and is available to rent out together with this property by prior negotiation - please enquire. Guest access Entire place Other things to note - No smoking / vaping / drugs - no parties - no unauthorised guests - all rubbish to be removed from property - all kitchen utensils washed up - all beds used need to be stripped on departure and bedding placed in bags provided - please make sure that all shower doors are securely closed when in use and water turned fully off before exiting the shower - this is an old house with old floorboards and water can damage the ceilings if showers are not properly used. - bin day is on Wednesday and bins should be put out on Back Lane - in the archway to the property the other side of the electric gates. Black bins are for general rubbish and green bins are for recycling. The bins are emptied alternate weeks - general rubbish one week / recycling the next. Just check what neighbours in the road are putting out to get the right bin addressed.
