Beachside Apartment #2 - steps from the beach!

Beachside Apt 2 is half of a small duplex: furnished in a contemporary, casual style, and an ideal base for singles or a couple looking to explore the island. It has a well-equipped kitchen; living/dining space; separate bedroom with a/c; shower room; enclosed patio and small outdoor seating area. The apartment is conveniently located just steps from a tranquil beach and a few minutes drive (or bus ride) from a variety of shops, restaurants and other facilities. The space The apartment is a self-contained unit with no shared spaces apart from the outdoor shower, the steps down to the beach and the drying line at the back of the apt. The kitchen is well-equipped, including a gas stove/oven, compact fridge/freezer and the usual small appliances. There is a/c in the bedroom only, and running hot water is available in the shower only (if you need hot water for washing dishes, you will need to boil the kettle). The washing machine is in the covered patio area, with the drying lines located in the alley at the back of the apt (where there is also some additional seating). Portable beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also found in the patio space. Note that there is reef in front of the beach steps, which is OK for snorkeling but for easier swimming you'll need to walk about 50 metres or so to the left (in front of the Bikini Beach Bar). Guest access The entire apartment is for your use only Other things to note Although just steps from the beach, the property is close to the main coast road. On the upside this means easy access to public transport but on the downside it means there is traffic noise. Most guests have said that it wasn't an issue for them because they were out and about during the day (check reviews to see what guests had to say in this regard). Also, there is reef in front of the property, which is fine for snorkeling but for swimming you will have to walk about 50 metres down the beach to your left or 100 metres up the beach to your right (in front of Crystal Cove hotel - this is an all-inclusive hotel so, unfortunately, you won't be able to buy drinks etc).
