Please refrain from preparing large or elaborate meals to avoid leaving food odors. 5. LINENS AND TOWELS FOR STAYS >/20 DAYS An extra set of linen and towels will be provided upon check-in (depending on availability and no. of pax). If in need of new sets of linens and towels, housekeeping services or laundry services will be at your personal cost. 6. ELECTRICITY BILL FOR STAYS =/> 20 DAYS Bill must not exceed ₱3,000 for the month. Any charge in excess shall be at the guests’ expense. In the event of additional charge, we will be providing the bill details and a pro-rated calculation based on your stay. Kindly allow us time to receive the bill details, we’ll contact you via Airbnb for the settlement. 7. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-out Late check-out and early check-in are subject to availability. (Early check-in fee per hour is 200php only and Late check-out fee per hour is 300php only.)
