Le Mas de Planaise – Colorado Room

Welcome to Mas de Planaise at Simone and Andy's. Here is the second of our two bedrooms (see also Le Mas de Planaise - Bali Room). Your room: 35 m2 with private bathroom and toilet, TV, double bed 200x160, bathtub/shower, 18 m2 terrace, Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. Linens and towels are provided. Independent kitchen: The summer kitchen is at your disposal (see description below). The space Le Mas de Planaise is a place surrounded by nature, just a short drive from the Chartreuse Nature Park. We are 5 minutes from shops (supermarkets, bakery, etc.) in Pont-de-Beauvoisin, 5 minutes from Velanne and the IFZ, and 15 minutes from the A43 autoroute (Exits 10 and 11). We can also pick you up and drop you off at the train station, 5 minutes from here. We have two bedrooms: the Bali room and the Colorado room. The kitchen: The "summer kitchen" is dedicated to guests and is available for your use all year long. This beautiful 33 m2 space includes a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, gas range, oven, dishes, etc.), a large dining table and a relaxation area. You can enjoy this space to cook and eat whenever you want or have a coffee in complete tranquility. You can enjoy your meal on the terrace or inside, depending on your preferences and the weather. (In winter, this space is heated only in the evening to avoid excessive heating costs.) Breakfast included: coffee/tea/hot chocolate, bread, butter and jam, fruit. The main house is an old barn built in rammed earth in 1780 and fully renovated. We speak French, German, English, Spanish and a little Italian. The Colorado room is located on the north side of the house and stays relatively cool, even in high heat. A fan is at your disposal if necessary. Come and stay in this countryside full of tranquility and clean air. Discover the activities in the area and the beautiful scenery. Guest access The room welcomes you on the 1st floor of the house. Parking is available in front of the house. In winter it snows a little, but in case of snow, access to the house as well as the roads are permanently cleared. Other things to note Pets: You can come with your dog after prior agreement with the owner. No smoking in the room, but you can smoke outside or on your terrace. The maximum capacity of the Colorado room is 2 adults + 2 children. Children sleep on the convertible BZ sofa bed (160 x 190). Check-in: 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Check-out: before 11:00 a.m. Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. We have a "Green Up" charging station for electric cars in the parking lot in front of the house (3.7 kW charging which allows you to regain about 20 to 30 kilometers per hour of charging).
