Warm and cosy 1 bedroom bungalow. Nestled at the end of a very quiet residential cul de sac in the Winthorpe area of Skegness (about 1 mile in either direction to Skegness North beach or Winthorpe (both dog friendly) Parking space right outside front door. 1 sm/med well behaved dog is very welcome at no extra cost. 3 minute walk to lovely footpaths across the fields. The space Full central heating. Lounge with open plan kitchen. Dining table for two. Separate bedroom with a kingsize bed leads into the ensuite with bath. The bed will be made up with fresh cotton bed linen. South facing private fully fenced patio garden. Off road parking space for 1 car is right outside the front door. All essentials are supplied apart from towels. Guest access Whole 1 bedroom bungalow with private fenced back garden. Other things to note No smoking. With regret the bungalow is unsuitable for infants or small children. Teas and coffee and toiletries are provided. Please bring your own towels. Thank you in advance for being considerate to our lovely neighbours. For dog owners: Just a 3 minute walk to lovely footpaths across the fields where your dog can run free. We welcome your well behaved dog. Please ensure they are up to date on their flea treatment. If your dog likes to sit on the sofa please would you bring a throw to cover it. We ask that they stay off the bed and that you don't leave your dog unattended in the bungalow. Skegness is very dog friendly and I have left a list of pubs and cafes where your dog will be welcome.
