Cute 1 bedroom bungalow. Nestled at the end of a very peaceful residential cul de sac in the Winthorpe area of Skegness. 1.5 miles to Skegness town centre. 3 miles to Ingoldmells. Parking space right outside front door. 1 sm/med well behaved dog is very welcome at no extra cost. Larger dogs considered, please ask. 3 minute walk to footpaths across the fields. The space The bungalow has full central heating. Fans supplied for hot weather. Lounge with open plan kitchen. (electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine) Dining table for two. Separate bedroom with a kingsize bed leads into the ensuite with bath. (Shower over the bath) The bed will be made up with fresh cotton bed linen. South facing private fully fenced patio garden. Off road parking space for 1 car is right outside the front door. All essentials are supplied apart from towels. Please don't forget to bring your own towels. Thank you in advance for being considerate to our lovely neighbours. For dog owners: Just a 3 minute walk to lovely footpaths across the fields where your dog can run free. We welcome your well behaved dog. Please ensure they are up to date on their flea treatment. If your dog likes to sit on the sofa please would you bring a throw to cover it. We ask that they stay off the bed and that you don't leave your dog unattended in the bungalow. Skegness is very dog friendly and I have left a list of pubs and cafes where your dog will be welcome.
