You will have a seperate entrance from the main home and your own code. So guests in the main part of the home won't be able to bug you. Guest access You have access to the studio. There’s a chance we have guests in the main part of the home and expect both parties to respect each others space. There isn't a washer and dryer access for this unit but there's a great laundromat down the street.
