You'll have your own personal historic apartment with a lake facing deck and all the comforts of today. The sunsets are incredible and is only a short walk into downtown Ortonville, MN. The space Guests have about 1,000 sq. ft., private entrance, living room & patio overlooking the lake, dinette, kitchen, bedroom-queen bed, shower/bath, air conditioning, wi-Fi & cable tv. This suite provides wood floors, a bay window, patio with a lake view and all the comforts of today. If you wish to cook, the kitchen has the necessary equipment. Coffee and coffee maker is available in the apartment. Downtown Ortonville 3-block stroll down the street. There is a lot of steps to navigate with the property. Parking is at the street level with stairs to the main floor of the property. The unit has a private entrance on the south side of the property. There is a one-story flight of stairs to get to the apartment. There are additional stairs leading to the dock at on the lake. Other things to note The full property has 3 individual living spaces.
