This suite provides wood floors, a bay window, patio with a lake view and all the comforts of today. If you wish to cook, the kitchen has the necessary equipment. Coffee and coffee maker is available in the apartment. Downtown Ortonville 3-block stroll down the street. There is a lot of steps to navigate with the property. Parking is at the street level with stairs to the main floor of the property. The unit has a private entrance on the south side of the property. There is a one-story flight of stairs to get to the apartment. There are additional stairs leading to the dock at on the lake. Other things to note The full property has 3 individual living spaces.
