Welcome to our pretty spacious apartment. The flat is fully equipped and well suited especially for couples and young families. It is located on the edge of the idyllic Augarten, a public baroque park with it's playgrounds and gastronomy. Furthermore, close from our house you will find a variety of shopping opportunities, bakeries, restaurants and a pharmacy, as well as connection to public transport. You can reach the city center by a tram and/or by subway in about 20 - 30 minutes. The space My spacious old building apartment is cozy and perfectly equipped. Here you live near the Augarten, not far from Prater as well as from the Karmelitermarkt and the city center, in a quiet, pleasant area. Here are some of the highlights that await you in my flat: The living area is inviting, with plenty of room to relax and to Player for ypur child, and a dining area. In addition, a table is available for you to use as a workstation, so you can work in peace. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need to cook, as well as some staples such as tea and coffee. The bedroom is quiet and cozy. The bathroom has a washing machine and bathtub, fresh towels and care products are ready for you. Families: I provide you a baby crib, high chair and a few children's books and games to make your stay with infants as comfortable as possible.
