It can accommodate up to 4 guests and offers: a bright and cozy living room to relax, a fully equipped kitchen to cook like at home, 2 bedrooms: one on the ground floor and one upstairs, perfect for families or couples, a bathroom with toilet upstairs and a private outdoor area with plancha for convivial moments. The space It consists of an entrance with cupboard, leading to a comfortable living/dining room equipped with fiber for fast internet access: 34 MEGA Bytes and mobile air conditioning. On the ground floor you will find: - A bedroom with fitted wardrobe and a 160 x 200 double bed (French and quality bedding) - A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, including a Nexpresso coffee maker and a filter coffee maker. - A veranda overlooking a garden, perfect for a relaxing moment, an aperitif or for smokers. Garden furniture, deckchairs and electric plancha are at your disposal. Upstairs (access with a slightly steep staircase, equipped with a ramp for safety): - An attic bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet and washing machine. - A bedroom with a closet and two single beds (90 x 190 cm) with a balcony and mobile air conditioning.
