Quiet because it is located in the village, typical and pleasant, with all amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket and Intermarché, hairdressers, beauty salon) and things to visit (art gallery, castle, typical restaurant...) all within walking distance. Close to the Côte Radieuse. The space Nice house, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room. Nice exterior: large veranda, garage, wooden terrace, barbecue, planxa, structure with children's hut, small boules court. Guest access All parts of the house are usable except the garden shed on the side of the house where we store our belongings. In the house, blue stickers indicate the cupboards where we store our personal belongings and are not available.
