Come, find your serenity here. The space Tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac, you'll find a standalone hideaway next to the main property. This private retreat boasts its own driveway and entrance, protected by an electric gate, providing you with a sense of security and peace of mind. *NOTE* We wanted to keep you informed! A friendly neighbour has let us know about some home renovations taking place two houses down from our getaway. The project is scheduled to start in early November 2024 and will last for several months. Given that our home is situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, we value open communication. Please take into account the possibility of some noise during your visit before making a reservation during the construction time frame. The space has one bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet, a full kitchen, an open-plan lounge and dining area, laundry facilities, a house alarm, two parking spaces, and a sheltered outdoor alfresco area. Step into the open, sun-drenched living area, complete with a Queen sleeper sofa, a smart TV for your favourite shows, and oversized windows that frame tranquil green views. The kitchen is modern with ample counter space, breakfast bar, and host of appliances including a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee pod machine, air fryer, blender, and a large fridge/freezer. Kickstart your day with complimentary breakfast treats, tea or coffee, bread and milk - our little way of saying thanks. The bedroom is a haven of relaxation featuring generous natural light, luxurious Actil hotel linen by Sheridan, bedside tables with touch lamps, an open wardrobe inviting you to settle in, and cosy cotton robes to lounge in style during your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, toilet, wall-mounted mirror, sink, cabinet, plush towels, and premium Australian botanical products for your indulgence. We've also included makeup removal towels, face washers, a hairdryer, a shower cap, and a hair turban towel. Outside is a serene backyard sanctuary with comfortable seating, festoon string lights, and a Weber BBQ – the perfect spot for unwinding. The private courtyard also features a charming lime tree for a touch of nature. Our retreat is perfectly designed for 1-2 guests utilising the king-sized bed, but it can also host up to 4 guests if requested, with the Queen-size sofa pull-out available. Please note that an extra fee applies for any additional guests beyond the first two. If you intend to use the sofa bed for a reservation of two guests, kindly inform us so we can prepare accordingly. A small additional charge will be applied to cover the cost of extra linens and laundering. Our accommodation is specially designed for adults in mind. For the comfort and safety of all our guests, please be aware that our property is not suitable for infants or children. For further information, please check our 'Safety & Property' section. Additionally, please note that unregistered or non-approved guests are not permitted during your stay. If you are expecting an extra guest, please add them to your reservation to ensure everyone is comfortably accommodated. For your seaside enjoyment, we provide large Sheridan beach towels for you to use throughout your stay. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. We're excited to welcome you to your cosy home away from home! Guest access You are welcome to utilise all the space within the fenced, standalone residence. Just keep in mind that the garden shed located behind the house is off-limits as it is locked. Please be considerate of the neighbours and adhere to the designated quiet hours as specified in the house rules. Other things to note Our automated irrigation system runs from September to May on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, between 6 and 7 am. Furthermore, garden upkeep is planned every four weeks, and you might get a text during your visit to coordinate access for this purpose.
