Description
Located in a village dominated by a magnificent national forest, this accommodation is a floor of a family house with 2 bed-rooms : one with bed of 160 cm and another with 2 beds of 90 cm. On special request another bed of 140 can be offered within the workshop for 20 euros per night. Entrance by internal stairs and a secure car park. 3000 m2 garden with terrace, portico, barbecue and small swimming pool in summer between June and September. The space The kitchen is an independent room equipped with an oven, an induction hob, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster and a marble table. Both bedrooms have windows that overlook the tree-lined garden. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, towel radiator and washing machine. These bedrooms have large closets where it is possible to store suitcases. The hallway also offers a large closet with wardrobe and cleaning equipment. In the garden, a barbecue, a terrace and a swing are available. The small 4x2.5 swimming pool is accessible from June to beginning of September. The dining room is equipped with a large cabinet with crockery and cutlery for at least 6 people. The living room has a sofa and a TV. Dining room and living room open onto a south-facing balcony with a beautiful view overlooking the village and the Save valley. Guest access The accommodation is located on the first floor. It is accessed by a first external staircase, then an internal staircase. Parking is located at the entrance of the property. It offers 4 car places. You enter the property through a small dead end way. The entrance to the property is equipped with a remote-controlled operating gate. Other things to note Small dogs on a leash are tolerated but we prefer not to receive animals that would not mix very well with our cats.
