Cozy and quiet, air-conditioned studio/cottage by the sea about 4 km from the center of Loviisa. A separate small house is located next to the owner's house. Built in 2023. Diverse outdoor and sports opportunities in the nearby forests and at sea. You can also get there by bike or even by paddling. Loviisa city center services nearby (approx. 4 km). The apartment is small and handy (approx. 18m2) and is therefore best suited for 2 people (extra mattress possible for a child). You go to the shower outside, there are beach slippers. The space Kitchen equipment: fridge, press pan, toaster, kettle, microwave, induction hob. The new double bed (160 cm) can also be divided into two separate beds. Shower facilities at the end of the house, access from outside. Toilet inside the apartment. Guest access Guests have access to living and shower facilities, a parking space and, in summer, a patio and gas grill. A wood-fired sauna can be booked separately (not included in the price). A paddle board and rowboat can be rented. Other things to note - No parties or behavior that disturbs the neighbors are allowed. - The place can be challenging for people with reduced mobility due to a few steps. - No pets allowed. - No smoking inside.
