Great and modern holiday home from 2016, with several large and sunny patios. The house has everything you need for a relaxing or active holiday, or both for up to 10 people. Located at Kragerø Resort, you have a short distance to all the hotel's facilities such as spa, several restaurants, gym, golf, mini golf, archipelago, Beach Club etc. There is a grocery store 10 minutes by car from the cabin. The cabin is spacious with the addition of large outdoor areas. The space The property is spacious and practically furnished, offering comfortable shared areas and pleasant outdoor spaces. 4 bedrooms – three with double beds and one with a single bed Loft lounge on the second floor with TV and PlayStation (PS3/PS4), as well as a double sofa bed 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet (one with washing machine) Bright and inviting living room with open-plan kitchen and direct access to the terrace TV in the living room with Norwegian channels Outdoors you will find comfortable garden furniture, a gas grill and a pizza oven – perfect for long summer evenings. Extras Golf cart for up to 4 people can be included/rented by arrangement (minimum age 16). Ideal for getting around the large resort area – the marina and Beach Club are less than 5 minutes away. Green fees can be purchased at a reduced rate through the owner: NOK 650 per player (day green fee). Boat rental available with the house – 21 ft day cruiser with 200 HP Yamaha engine. Available to experienced boaters only. The boat is located at the marina, approx. 5 minutes from the house. Guest Access Guests have access to the entire house, except for one locked room on the ground floor. Guests have the opportunity to purchase green fees at a reduced rate through the owner – NOK 650 per player for a day green fee. It is also possible to rent a boat together with the house: a spacious 21 ft day cruiser with a 200 HP Yamaha engine. The boat is located at the marina, just a 5-minute walk from the house, and is available to experienced boaters only.
