Room in Leafy Itaewon Oasis | Patio, No Hills! (B)

Take an early morning walk to Namsan Tower without the tourists. Wander around the quiet streets while the city sleeps, then head back to enjoy your morning coffee in the private, tree-lined courtyard. This spacious 3-bedroom offers a peaceful retreat without the hassle of uphill climbs. Explore Seoul from this perfectly situated spot in the heart of the city, minus the usual hills, noise, and cramped spaces. note: room B is more spacious and sunlit compared to A, and accomodates 2 guests. The space This spacious 3-bedroom apartment is lush with greenery, indoors and out. With it's own private back patio that faces a tiny neighborhood park, this kind of space is truly hard to come by in Seoul. This is a real home so you'll find it feels cozy and not like one of those spartan, company-owned listings. If you like cooking, you'll find a full kitchen with carbon steel pans, good knives, the most amazing spatula in the world (you'll see), homemade ghee, spices etc. Guest access You'll have your own bedroom with queen size bed and separate, shared bathroom. You'll be free to use and enjoy the shared spaces of the apartment, including the kitchen and tree-lined private patio. During your stay I'm usually nearby and available if you need anything. And I'm happy to share knowledge gained from living in Seoul for 15 years. I let my guests guide the amount of interaction, and if you read my reviews you'll deduce that I can read the vibe and give space, or you might be invited to join a patio bbq with friends. Other things to note There are two guest rooms in this property. Room (B) is the larger of the two. My apartment is not on the ground floor, it is one story up. There is no elevator. If you have heavy bags, please take this into consideration. This room has A/C, but it is a window unit, which means it is louder than a wall unit or the silent central air system that you may be used to. If you are sensitive to noise, it may be bothersome.
