Beach house – CAPO DI FENO Sevani beach

Seaside villa located a 4-minute walk from Sevani beach (Petit Capo). Totally autonomous, this house operates ecologically with solar panels. Villa Ondina is environmentally friendly and is located in a peaceful area surrounded by houses, lined with dirt roads, in an undeveloped area. A modern and neat Mediterranean decoration to welcome you in a place that is both authentic and unique. The space 15 minutes by car from Ajaccio, this small villa is located a short walk from Sevani beach (5 minutes walk), otherwise called "Petit Capo". Ideal place to disconnect, on a site close to the beach of Capo di Feno (Grand Capo) and beautiful walking paths. Its operation is autonomous (solar panels, etc.). The house has all the comforts necessary for a vacation home. However, measured electrical management (no oven, no electric car connection, etc.) should be respected due to the unique solar panel supply. The site is not supplied with city water. The water IS NOT POTABLE but is treated and suitable for toilet and dishes. We will provide you with a supply of drinking water for cooking as well as mineral water for your arrival. Please provide mineral water for your consumption for the rest of your stay. The mobile phone works with the wifi network. No other mobile network in the area or on the beach. Sevani Beach is not served by public transportation and is located away from the city. You will be in a place conducive to disconnection, close to the beach. The house is equipped with a small modern kitchen including fridge and freezer, gas stove, toaster, blender and all table and kitchen equipment. It includes a small closed cellar in an adjoining room, equipped with a washing machine and an outdoor drying rack. A large wooden dining table will welcome you outside as well as an umbrella and deckchairs. Towels, shower products, sheets, beach towels, yoga mats are also provided. Guest access - Casa Ondina is surrounded by a fence and a gate and a small gate. - It has a paved area on the front to park your car. - Please note that it is not possible to charge electric vehicles on our unique solar panel power system. - Please drive slowly throughout the area out of respect for pedestrians and children on bicycles. -You can walk to the beach, which is within a 5-minute walk. Other things to note - Please note that a vehicle is necessary to get to Villa Ondina. - The place is about 15 minutes by car from Ajaccio, in a non-urbanized subdivision. - No shops on site: the first shops are 10/15 minutes away by car. - The house works with solar panels and does not have a city water network. We provide you with drinking water reserves for cooking, rinsing vegetables, etc. (2 cans that you can refill) and a pack of mineral water to welcome you. The house is equipped with filters to clean dishes, toilet etc. The usual comfort is guaranteed. - Our house unfortunately cannot accommodate a crib or baby equipment due to the size of the rooms. - It is impossible to recharge electric vehicles throughout the community as well as in our house, our solar power system does not support it.
