Very nice house located in the heart of a small village in Perche 🌿 In this place, it's simple, everything has been thought out with taste and care, the house is particularly charming thanks to the owners' sense of detail. A garden located at the back of the house will allow you to enjoy a pleasant view of the Perche countryside, deckchairs, table, parasol, barbecue... ideal to enjoy as you wish. The village is conveniently located near Mortagne au Perche and 15 minutes from Bellême! The space Ideal house for both a couple and up to 4/5 people. On the ground floor, the living spaces with the open kitchen and its table are very pleasant for sharing friendly meals. The spacious living room will allow you to enjoy a warm moment around the wood-burning stove. Comfortable sofa and armchair are available for a real moment of relaxation in the countryside in a warm atmosphere! A first bedroom with a double bed is located on the ground floor. The bed is 140 cm wide, the room is not very large, it is a point that seems important to us to be specified so that you are not surprised :) A desk is also available if you need to telecommute, the network will allow you to do so without any problems! Upstairs, you will have two spacious bedrooms with queen size beds and a decor full of pretty details. Two bathrooms are upstairs, one with a shower, the other with a bathtub.
