The 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment sits in a safe neighborhood. It’s less than 7 miles (10 minutes) from the Hazard ARH, Walmart, & restaurants and it’s all highway! Plenty of parking. Pool access during summer season. $100 non-refundable pet fee. There are ceiling fans in the LR & both bedrooms. There is a couch plus a sofa sleeper in the living room and a second sofa sleeper in the laundry room. It’s one bathroom is what makes this space not handicap accessible because the toilet and tub are raised so the plumbing could be installed above the concrete under the new flooring. Guest access BOTTOM APARTMENT: The bottom apartment is all yours. There is a wrap around porch with sitting areas and an ashtray. You are welcome to be in the yard as well. PARKING: There is parking just outside the apartment along the pool's fence and sometimes under the carport. Inform me if you have a trailer or extra large truck. There is extra parking down the hill at my business. GRILL: There is a covered three burner gas grill under the steps on the bottom side porch. It has wheels so it can be moved out when using it. There is a set of grill utensils for your use. FIRE PIT: There is a fire pit in the pool area. Wood to burn in it is on the porch and more is available, just ask! POOL: The heated pool is available during summer months. Within the pool house, you have access to pool towels, a sink and toilet, room to change clothes, and a sound system. There is a clear pool cover, except during the hottest days, on it in the summer to help retain the heat. Just hand roll it back, or call on me for assistance. During the winter it has an attached safety cover. Always watch and attend children within the pool area. The Owner of this private pool is not liable and there is no lifeguard. The Pool will generally be available from April/May to September, depending on the weather. If you wish to use the pool, just let Shelly know ahead of time if you want to ensure that it’s the cleanest and/or heated as needed, but you can go anyway! There is a lifesaver on the fence near the deep end of the pool. Maximun depth is 8.5-9 feet. Do not leave any child under 14 unattended within the fenced in pool area. This includes the swing set. An adult must be with the children in your group at all times when inside the fenced in pool area. Do not swim alone. Other things to note If you book last minute, 99.9% of the time it’s ready to roll. I’ll quickly let you know if something isn’t perfectly ready for your arrival.
