Location, location, location, visiting Central Florida for holiday or business you will find everything you need to enjoy your stay. We are within a short distance of all the major theme parks, water parks, multiple shopping malls, boutiques, restaurants, nature parks, hospitals and the beautiful downtown Orlando. The space Our goal is to provide a space that offers all the elements of relax time after a long day out. We have fully renovated our studio with new luxury, vinyl floors, crisp, clean and soft colors, and all the necessary essentials needed to enjoy while in town. As you enter through your own private entrance you will notice a lot of natural light, and a spacious open floor plan. You can enjoy a very comfortable queen bed, with its dimmable wall sconces. A great living room space with a fold out queen bed, and a smart TV to access. Dining space is in the center and comfortably sits four people. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cook top, air fryer oven, Keurig, refrigerator, stemware, glassware, pots, pans, and more for long or short term stays. You have a full step in shower, very large walking closet and laundry access. * NOTE: Laundry only available for weekly stays of 7 days or more There is no smoking in or on property. If you desire we ask you are at least 50 feet from the property. We apologize for the inconvenience. **NOTE: Our studio shares a wall and a breeze way with the main house. On occasion you may hear faint noises from our daily activities. It’s a rarity as all the areas have additional sound proofing but at times you may hear faint noises. We appreciate your interest and know you will enjoy your stay! Guest access We are located at the end of the cul-de-sac. You are welcome to park one car in the driveway, all the way to the left. Any additional cars are welcome to park on the street in front of our home. The Studio was designed with your comfort and privacy in mind. Although the studio is a separate space from the main house it does share a wall. Therefore we ask there be no loud music or parties. We want you to enjoy your stay with us and ask for you to treat the space with lots of care and attention. Please no smoking in or on property. If you desire to smoke we ask you are 50 feet from the property. Other things to note Our home sits about twenty five minutes from the airport. Major Parks: Twenty minutes from Universal Studios, Sea World, Wonderworks, Fun Spot and many mini golf attractions. Thirty minutes from Walt Disney World Parks, Disney Springs and Island H2O. Shopping: Fifteen minutes from the Outlet Mall, Millenia Mall, Winter Garden Village, and lots of other shops such as Bass Pro, Marshalls, Michaels, Ross, Platos, Game Stop, Coliseum of Comics, Target, and so much more! Grocery: Seven minutes from Super Walmart, Publix, Aldi, Sams, liquor store, and tobacco shop. Outdoor: Five minutes from Rose Park, ten minutes from Bill Fredrick Park, Shadow Bay Park and twenty minutes from Clermont Water front Park. Many of these out door parks allow for sport fishing, camping, and hiking. Please feel free to ask for fishing rods as needed. Museums: 15-20 minutes from Ripley's Believe it or Not, Orlando Auto Museum at Dezerland, Orlando Museum of Art, Orlando Science Center, Madam Tusssauds, Sea Life, and Museum of Illusions. Restaurants: Seven minutes from San Jose's Mexican Cuisine, Bella Tuscany Italian, Olive Garden, Hook and Reel, Chiljis, Chipotle, McDonalds, Starbucks, Cicis Pizza and Mecatos. Fifteen minutes from Kobe Japanese Steak House, Cafe Tutu Tango, Capital Grille, UNO, Hawkers, Black Rock, North Italia, and so much more! Beaches: One hour from Daytona Beach, about an hour and a half from Playa Linda, and Clearwater Beach
