Other things to note • 3 bedroom - rates are based on 6 persons • Additional persons age 13 or older are charged $30 + 19.9% per night per person. • Additional children age 12 and younger can stay for free in parent/guardian’s unit using existing bedding *Please note, the 3Bedroom sleeps 6 people. Up to 8 people can stay using the pull out sofa in the living room however, there is a $30 (plus tax), per person, per night fee for each guest over six. That fee will be charged by the resort.
