The space Step into the hall to slide off your walking wear and wander on through to the lounge. Open the glass doors to the garden so everyone can spill out into the sunshine. Spend winter evenings playing games together or watching the Smart TV from the comfort of the soft sofas. Spread out into the bright kitchen/diner too to make fresh coffee in the machine, pull a bottle of chilled wine from the fridge or start preparing the next meal for your family or friends to sit down at the table. There is also a WC downstairs. Your lovely bedrooms and bathrooms are arranged over the top two floors of the house. A double bedroom, with an en-suite shower room, and a twin with beds that can also be set up as a king-size if discussed in advance, are on the first floor, together with a family bathroom. A king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, dressing room and study area, can be found on the floor above. Choose between two seating areas out in the garden, depending on whether you want sunshine or shade. Cook on the BBQ, play giant Jenga with the children and rinse muddy paws and bikes under the hose. Walk just under 0.5 miles to hire canoes and paddle out along the River Wye. Pick up the long-distance Offa’s Dyke Path and stride off in either direction.
