Totally renovated single-family home

Are you tempted by a Sunnmør holiday? Then we have a completely renovated detached house with room for the whole family or group of friends. The home is modern and well equipped. It is located in a quiet area, but with driving distance to, among other places, Ålesund and Åndalsnes. Good parking and double garage. Access to electric car charger in the garage. By agreement, it is possible to borrow various hiking equipment and two SUP boards. Spacious terrace with lovely views of the lake and towards Ålesund city. The space The property is located in Søvik in Haram municipality. In the house you have two full floors. The 1st floor contains two bedrooms (both with 120x200 cm bed, sofa and TV), spacious hallway, a small bathroom and laundry room. The 2nd floor contains a spacious living room and kitchen with open solution, bathroom and master bedroom with 180x200 cm bed. Here you also have access to the terrace. It is within walking distance to the beach, bakery, two shops and a sports hall with access to, among other things, climbing wall, squash and golf simulator (closed parts of the year). There are also many nice mountain trips right behind the house. It is a short distance (45 minutes) to Ålesund city center by car, or you can use the speedboat which takes 20 minutes. Åndalsnes is about 1.5 hours drive away. Day trips to Geiranger (about 2 hours) and Loen (about 3 hours) are also possible. Guest access The entire house will be available to tenants, with the exception of a storage room and 3rd floor that is not yet finished. Other things to note More beds can be arranged in the house if necessary, but as of today there are three beds available (120, 120 and 180 cm). It is also possible to turn the sofa in one bedroom into a bed for children/teenagers/small adults (it is 75x170). A baby cot and high chair can be arranged if desired, but we must be notified in advance. Dogs can be considered. NOTE: There are two small dogs of the breed Pomeranian living in this house usually, so there MAY be traces of dog in the house. The house is of course properly cleaned before rental, but it's good to be aware if you are extremely allergic to dogs.
