Welcome to your little house on the roof, with a public garage in the same building and a nice terrace! This charming piece of home is 20 minutes by FOOT from Belgrade’s old town and 5 minutes from the new futuristic district - Belgrade Water Front. It offers a unique feeling of coziness as it is a 30sqm studio on two levels, and a cave-like sleeping upstairs. Great for minimalist lovers and those who are fit and don't mind the fifth floor without an elevator, but worth it! The space UPSIDES - It’s up, believe me :))) - Everything in the apartment is new (except for the washing machine, to be honest) - Minimalist and black&white lovers will adore it - The space is unique and offers cave-like sleeping, but for those who prefer it classic - the sofa downstairs can be turned into a bed (just add the extra duvet from the upstairs bed for extra comfort) - The big terrace is a wonderful place to chill - The sunrises and sunsets are terrific - Top location - Public garage in the building (0.80 euro/hour) - Everything worth seeing is in the walking distance - The host is great and will help with anything happily and will let you know of all the cool and hot spots - where to eat, drink, dance, shop. The in-person greeting is of my chosing, as all of you feel great knowing that there is a living person available, you can rely on at any time. - Safe neighborhood you can strole around at any time - Many restaurants, cafes and shops in minimum proximity DOWNSIDES - It’s on the fifth floor with no elevator - The bathroom ceiling is 195cm - The staircase ceiling is low at the top of the stairs at one point and just there (165cm) Guest access There is even a small room beside the upper bed, for suitcases and similar Other things to note For an early check in, when possible (at 12:30) there is an extra fee of 10 USD
