The space This 5 Bedroom property is a part of our 5 storied residential building located in a quiet residential area of Gangtok. The 5 Bedrooms are spreaded on two floors (3BR + 2BR) with an internal staircase. The 3BR is on the lower first floor ( one floor below the entrance level) with well appointed and furnished rooms and attached toilets with geysers. The 2 BR is on the lower second floor ( 2 floors below the entrance level ) 4 rooms have sit-outs with squat sofas overlooking Ranka and Rumtek Hills across the Rani Chu. This sit-out is a perfect place to sip a cup of warm tea and be with the nature and fogs and mists. And for those who are on staycation, a perfect spot for your laptops and books. One room is on the hill side so valley view isn't available from this room. The guests can access the kitchen and dining. equipped with induction plate, utensils i/c pressure cooker, cutlery, crockeries, aqua guard and a refrigerator. If cooking is not your thing, we do serve breakfast and snacks from our home kitchen but on pre order basis only. As it not only leaves the bedding messy difficult to clean but also attacks pests and ants. 7. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property. 8. We do not allow party in our premises.
