Nice vacation home with a pool and amenities

Relax and spend a pleasant time in the company of your family and friends in this beautiful rest house that has a swimming pool, palapa, green and sports areas, children's games, bike path, outdoor gym and much more. The house is quite spacious and has a pool table, foosball table, and ping pong table. But if you prefer adventure or like to get to know new places, just a few minutes away you will find some magical towns such as Oaxtepec, Yecapixtla, Tlayacapan or Tepoztlán. The space The house has a ground floor and two floors: Ground floor: Patio with garden, living room with single sofa bed, dining room, kitchen with stove, half bathroom and backyard with laundry area. First floor: Master bedroom with 1 queen size bed, terrace and full bathroom. Family room with single sofa bed and TV area. Second floor: 2 secondary bedrooms each equipped with 1 double bed. 1 full shared bathroom. Guest access When you first enter the subdivision, you will have to indicate your destination (name of the private + house number) and identify yourself with the security guard. Please note that you will be asked for a valid government-issued ID and in return you will receive a visitor's tag that you must return at the end of your reservation. To enter the private area, and since it has an electric gate, please use the tag or request support from the guard. Please contact the host if you have any questions about the tag. Other things to note The accommodation has 1 parking space inside the private one, which is number 42. Any additional cars may be parked within the subdivision but outside the private one on the median (ask the host). Please do not invade other parking spots.
