The space Our property is a spacious and private family estate, offering a unique and secure retreat in the heart of Lake Atitlán. With ample outdoor spaces, free and safe parking, and a peaceful atmosphere, guests can truly unwind and connect with nature. We have two friendly guardian dogs that add to the charm and security of the property. Conveniently accessible by land, water, and air, our location ensures a seamless arrival experience. Plus, our dedicated 24/7 staff is always available to assist, making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Other things to note We are located in a small and charming town called Cerro de Oro, a less commercial and more authentically local area. Here, you can enjoy a peaceful experience while connecting with the local culture. There are some convenience stores nearby for basic shopping, but for restaurants and a wider variety of dining options, you’ll need to go to San Lucas Tolimán or Santiago Atitlán, both just a short boat or car ride away. We recommend bringing groceries if you plan to cook at the property, as local options are limited. If needed, we can help purchase provisions before your arrival for added convenience.
