20TH CENTURY PALACE HOUSE IN SEVILLE'S HISTORIC CENTER Welcome to our palace, where the impossible becomes possible! Every corner and nook of our 300+ m2 house is carefully designed. We have renovated while maintaining the original essence, combining a modern style with classic touches. After 4 years of rebuilding, we are excited for you to enjoy this place! One from a wonderful garage with direct entrance to the house and another through the front door. On this floor, you will find a fantastic full bathroom and a master bedroom with all the comforts for a perfect stay. - FIRST FLOOR Here we will find two bedrooms. In the first, on the east side, there is a double bed, a built-in closet and a full integrated bathroom. On the west side, a luxury suite as the master bedroom, with a bathroom with two sinks and an integrated shower. It also has an open dressing room to comfortably organize clothes. In addition, a spacious room with a double bed, two windows and a TV for your entertainment. - SECOND FLOOR On the second floor, there are three spaces. On the east side, a room similar to the one on the first floor with a double bed, built-in closet and full bathroom. On the west side, it is divided by two rooms, a luxury American kitchen with an integrated island divided into two heights. And a wonderful living room and full bathroom to enjoy magnificent evenings. - THIRD FLOOR Finally, on the third floor, the jewel in the crown: a living room with a sofa bed, an integrated kitchen and a solarium terrace overlooking the wonderful Seville with an exceptional dining room and toilet.
