Nestled in the heart of a hilly and green village of the Caps and Marais d'Opale, this former farmhouse, dating from the end of the 19th century, has been completely renovated. This farmhouse, at the foot of a nature reserve, allows you to visit the 4 corners of our beautiful region. Lovers of hiking, the sea, heritage, golf or adventure parks, you will be won over by the Pas de Calais. An educational tour "Rendez-vous en patrimoine inconnu" will introduce you to the treasures of Acquin. The space We offer this house, classified 4 stars, totally independent, located in a small village near Saint-Omer and equipped with a large enclosed garden and terrace, with garden furniture and relaxation, as well as sunbathing, to stroll on sunny days. At the front of the building, you have a courtyard closed by a gate to park, in order to enjoy your stay safely, in the countryside. With family or friends, come and enjoy this beautiful single-storey farmhouse, composed of a large living room with desk and games area, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, blender, filter coffee maker and Bosch Tassimo capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, refrigerator and freezer), a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as 3 bedrooms with lots of storage. You have a raclette service and a charcoal barbecue. For the holiday season, you will have the pleasure of enjoying the Christmas decoration in the living rooms. We provide board games, books, as well as a mini multi-game table consisting of a foosball table, pool table, ping pong table and hockey, in the living room. You can even enjoy the richness of the garden, between plums, apples, currants or hazelnuts and the vegetable garden with various aromatic plants. The garden is also equipped, in the summer, with a trampoline, a swing, a children's slide, a "speed ball", a basketball hoop, a small soccer goal, a ping pong table and a wooden hut in the trees. In the village you also have free access to a city stadium. In the courtyard of the farm, you can safely store up to 2 bicycles in a covered shelter with rack. We provide for the start of your stay: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, dishwashing liquid, 1 dose of shower gel/shampoo per person, 1 garbage bag per trash can, a few coffee pods, a basic set of groceries and 1 dishwasher tablet Baby equipment is available: baby bed, highchair, children's dishes as well as a baby ring or reducer for the bath. You will find all the amenities you need within a 5-minute drive: supermarkets, bakeries, doctor, restaurants, fast food... A welcome booklet is available during your stay, full of information and tourist brochures, allowing you to prepare your visits. Access to the rental is easy, we are close to the RN42 and A26.
