Nestled on the edge of White Western Lake, this home unit has everything you need to escape the city, all while maintaining proximity to a number of other desirable attractions such as the recreational bliss of Econfina Creek (approx. 12 mi), the white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach (appox. 25 mi), and the otherworldly experience of the Florida Caverns (approx. 50 mi). Guests must be 25+ years of age or minors accompanied by an adult. The space This spacious home features four bedrooms (two kings and two queens), two full pull-out sofa beds and a futon for additional sleeping space, three full bathrooms, a full kitchen downstairs and kitchenette upstairs that both overlook the lake through the open concept dining and living room spaces. If the weather isn't ideal for enjoying the mini beach in the backyard, hang out in the Game Room! Find your zen from the comfort of the private hot tub deck, one of two balconies, or bask in the sun in one of the loungers along the lake’s edge. The deck and balconies offer breathtaking views of White Western Lake. This private-access, spring-fed lake is known for its clear body over a sandy bottom. The lack of public access allows for peaceful boating and enough fish to make an amateur feel like a pro. Four kayaks are provided. Photo IDs for light background check required and a signed Hold Harmless Agreement required for each adult guests. Must be 25+ years of age to book and sign a Hold Harmless Agreement! Propane not provided # of guests and check-out time verified by an exterior camera. There are no cameras inside the house. Additional guest fees apply.
