Welcome kit with coarse and fine salt and sugar. House Rules: Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Outside, it is forbidden to use the barbecue except for "smokeless" models. The outdoor umbrella must be closed at night and in case of rain or wind. During the day, check that the two external lights are switched off. Only one small or medium-sized pet is allowed, upon prior notice. Pet owners accept full responsibility for any damage caused by them. Guest access The vacation home is within the International Tourist Village of Porto Recanati. The Village offers free: • Two pools, one for adults and one for children (from 06/01 to 09/13). • Wide gardens, shaded areas, and children's play area. • Private sand and gravel beach, for exclusive use, accessible from the pool area, via underpass, without having to leave the Village. • On the beach you will have an umbrella, a lounge chair, a lounger and a chair (from 06/01 to 09/13). • Parking.
