Access the apartment with just a few easy steps, as there is no elevator in the building. Free and secure basement carpark in the building's garage is available upon special request. Guests must inform in advance if a parking spot is needed. The maximum vehicle height for the garage is 2.0 meters, suitable for most cars and SUVs, but not for tall vans or similar vehicles. Street parking is free for up to 3 hours Monday through Friday and completely free on weekends. Other things to note Please Switch OFF all appliances including air conditioner, fans and lights every time you leave the apartment. No pets (Sorry 😊). No smoking INSIDE OR BALCONY ON 5 METERS AROUND BUILDING. No parties. ***NO SCHOOLIES*** PLEASE No shoes on carpeted area. Please be respectful to furniture and appliances. Lost keys will incur a $200 fee. Quiet time period of 10pm - 7am. Strictly NO bookings on behalf of other persons. Building security is strict and resident disturbance is taken seriously. Guests are expected to respect privacy of other occupants in the building. No pets in the apartment. Free and Secure basement carpark is available only on special request.
