I share a single room in the apartment where I live, 1 bed, space for belongings, fan, Wi-Fi, garage, complete apartment to make you feel at home. Well-located and quiet neighborhood. Apartment near a bakery, grocery store and bus stop. Panoramic view of part of the Rio Doce State Forest. Well-ventilated and cozy apartment. The space The room has 1 single bed, space for belongings, fan available. Very cool, simple but cozy. I do the cleaning myself from Monday to Friday, weekends off, right?! I change the bed linens every Monday, I just don't provide bath towels, and the rest of the apartment is shared, total freedom to come and go. Practicality, convenience, cleanliness, tranquility and freedom. Guest access Easy access to anywhere, Usiminas, downtown, hospital, by bus, Uber, car. Other things to note I have a beautiful cat named Elvira Matilde, who is really super lazy!
