There is a spacious, fenced backyard with a fireplace and a shed. In this shed, you can find garden furniture and tools. The house has a small front terrace at the entrance door, where you enter the hall/dining room. From the hall you have access to the bathroom, the kitchen and the bedroom. Guest access The guest could use the entire lot. You could chill on the terrace or grilling at the backyard. There is fence around the lot, and the front gate could be locked, so children and pets could play in the garden. Parking in front of the house is possible, it can accommodate 2 or even 3 cars.
