The property is intended for quiet, respectful stays and is not suitable for parties, smoking, or vaping. Longer-term stays are preferred, with a minimum stay of 30 days required. A standard California rental lease agreement will need to be signed before move-in. Depending on the length of stay, additional requirements such as a security deposit, proof of identification (Driver’s License or Passport), renter's insurance, and a tenant background check may be necessary. The host reserves the right to request any of these items based on the length of the stay.
