To be experienced with family or friends, close to Milan, Pavia, Piacenza. The space The house is tastefully furnished in a country chic style, with a Provencal flair. The main body is developed on two levels: on the ground floor there is the living area, with a large kitchen, equipped with all kinds of appliances, water ionizer, planetary kitchen aid, two ovens, 6 burners, and a hot plate. On the floor there is also the dining room, on the veranda, therefore very bright with views of the hills, and two large living rooms, a large TV and a bathroom (Inside the bathroom, under the sink, there is a first aid kit complete with gauze, abrasion/sunburn creams, disinfectant and more). Upstairs, there are four double bedrooms, served by three bathrooms. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters. The house is bright, quiet and very cool, so we did not consider it necessary to install air conditioning. However, each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan for the hottest nights. The property also includes a small and romantic annex, located next to the pool, then a level below the house, which is accessed from the outside. The annex, also furnished with Provençal taste, can accommodate two people in the double bed and has a bathroom with shower. Guest access Guests can visit the entire property surrounding the house, surrounded by a fence. The area of the chicken coop and the olive grove has an additional net and closure to protect it from the entry of unwelcome animals such as foxes or wild boars, so guests can enter it but with the assistance of the caretaker and remembering to close the gates carefully. The area of the tennis court, the swimming pool, the yoga/ping pong shala, and the game area are at their complete and exclusive disposal.
